3rd Annual Pumpkinfest

October 22-26 2025

Pumpkinfest was started in the Richland Center area to provide families, businesses, and organizations with fun, family oriented events that allows us to celebrate our area’s beauty, opportunities, talent, and bounty of our lands with anyone in our community.

Pumpkinfest will be held from Wednesday, October 22nd to Sunday, October 26th downtown Richland Center. Decorated pumpkins will be on display on the Courthouse Lawns all week. All other events will occur close to the Courthouse and Downtown area.

Events

There are many events that are already scheduled to happen and a few new ones that are still in the developing stage. You can find opportunities to participate or visit the free pumpkin design contest, pie eating contest, pedal pull, vendor shows, face painting, chalk art and other activities throughout the week. Free pumpkins for the design contest will also be available for pickup on Saturday, October 19th at the Richland Center Fire Station.

Be a Sponsor
- Donating thru monetary or in-kind opportunities to help support contest winners
- Host an event or activity during the week: bake sale, sidewalk sale, selling orpromoting your own business and/or school group. Proceeds go to your organization.

The Richland Center Pumpkinfest committee wants 𝒀𝑶𝑼 to choose the theme for the 2025 Richland Center Pumpkinfest

Open to all area grade school students* PreK-5th grade. Richland County grade school students include students in area Public School Districts, private school students, as well as home schooled students residing in the greater Richland area.
